Previously a pile of gravel, now a green and growing haven, this is a place where both people and plants come to set their roots in Oslo. Sustainability, city development and human interaction go hand in hand here. If you're looking for unique things to do in Oslo a visit to Losæter is a must. And it's within walking distance from the central station. It is an art work intiated by Futurefarmers, commissioned and produced by Bjørvika Utvikling in collaboration with the artists. Supported by The Norwegian Public Roads Administration (Eastern Region). Bjørvika Utvikling and The Norwegian Farmers' Union are collaborating to develop urban farming, and from 2016 they hired the cityfarmer.
